Return Policy
By submitting an order through our store, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the policies described belo.
1.Cancel or Modify an Order
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed.
2.Returns (If Applicable)
We gladly accept product returns under certain conditions. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition
With all original tags attached
With hygiene stickers intact (if applicable)
Please note, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons due to customer errors such as:
Incorrect size, design, or color selection
Incorrect shipping address
Improper care or damage caused during use
We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before checkout.
However, we do offer free replacements or refunds in the following cases:
Missing items during shipping
Incorrect item received
Item returned by the carrier without explanation
Damage caused by our production process or the shipping carrier
Note:Due to differences in monitor settings and lighting, the actual color or size of an item may vary slightly from what you see online. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for this reason.
3.Quality Check for Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact diyvogue Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.
Once a returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the return does not meet our criteria, it will be rejected and no refund or replacement will be provided.
If your return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the address provided in your original order, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from any eligible refund for other items in the same order. We reserve the right to adjust the return shipping fee at our discretion.
In some cases, at our sole discretion, we may choose to issue a refund for a rejected return instead of sending the item back.
4.Important Return Notes
Do not send your return to the sender’s address shown on your original package.This is not our return address and doing so may delay or prevent your return from being processed. Always use the return address provided by our customer service team.
Please ensure you do not include any items that were not purchased through the diyvogue website or app in your return package. We are not responsible for sending such items back.
To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure the item(s) you send back match the details on your return request. Discrepancies may cause delays or rejection of your return.
If possible, please return items in their original transparent bag with the SKU and barcode. If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, you may use alternative secure packaging.
5.Refunds (If Applicable)
Our refund window lasts 3 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Once your refund is approved by our support team, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. After we issue your refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
6.Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
