1. Order Processing Time
Order processing refers to the period from when an order is received to when it is shipped. During this stage, each item undergoes strict quality control to ensure it meets our standards — including checks on materials, stitching, hardware (such as zippers), decorative details, and overall craftsmanship.
Processing time may vary depending on the complexity, size, or customization level of the product. Larger or more delicate items may require additional time. Generally, most orders are processed within 24 business hours. However, for certain items or during high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days due to limited inventory, holidays, or peak seasons.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 7–20 days from the date of shipment.
Shipping times are calculated from the day your order leaves our warehouse — not the day the order is placed. Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect shipping details, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Heavier or bulk orders may require additional handling and transit time.
Severe weather or natural events beyond our control may cause delays.

3. Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Please note: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you are unable to locate your package using the tracking information provided, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked as “unclaimed,” “returned to sender,” or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will notify you via email.
Any Return to Sender (RTS) fees incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information are the customer’s responsibility.
When we receive the returned package, you may choose to:
Reship: We will charge you the RTS fee plus any additional shipping costs.
Refund: You may request a refund for the subtotal of your order. The RTS fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are issued once the returned package is received at our warehouse.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
To avoid delays or delivery issues, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate information provided by customers.
